Had the flat of my ear pierced. The lady pierced it on a weird angle and managed to cut another part of my ear and behind my ear with the needle. That was okay, she was very apologetic and you can't get piercings perfect everytime. 4 days later I returned to the store to let them know that my ear had become swollen, not to complain, just as feedback. A different lady looked at my ear and I was told that it looked infected and that I should probably see a doctor. She then continued to ask if I had used aftercare (I had) and stated multiple times that another piercing on the same ear which I had gotten over a year ago at another salon also looked infected (it was irritated because I had a ring in and my whole ear was swollen). I just wanted to let them know what had happened and the lady was quite rude and condescending. Thanks to the ladies at Essential Beauty who removed the piercing and some antibiotics, the swelling on my ear is almost gone.
Excellent customer service and very professional. Was looked after by Carly who was outstanding. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend Beauty Queen.
