Absolutely fantastic service. i run my own small business and cant afford to be off the road, Rhiannon was able to fit me in at a time convenient to me and fix the problem get me back on the road, and at a very reasonable price.. highly recommend
I will never use them again. My brakes required replacement at 120000kms which they did ( they have done every service on this vehicle ). The new set has lasted only 28000kms. Another Nissan dealership has advised me that I should have got a minimum of 80000kms from the new brakes. I know that the previous dealer principal would have addressed this issue. The new dealer principal washed his hands of the matter, and told me to deal with Nissan Australia. Surprise surprise - Nissan Australia advised me that because it is a service matter, the complaint rests with the dealership! So, nowhere to go. We bought two cars through Nissan Mandurah. We will never purchase another vehicle through them, or get a service done by them. Absolute disgrace - both Nissan Mandurah and Nissan Australia.
