We dealt with rac mandurah, they were very courteous and well mannered.
Very disappointed with a log book service. Dont believe it was completed correctly. They didnt sign the logbook, didnt complete the required servicing as outlined in the book. Didnt complete the next service sticker correctly which is important when a vehicle is under warranty.
Car was overheating on my way down south so I took it to these guys. Got told my overheating issue was being caused by a faulty radiator and needed to be replaced. They quoted me a ridiculously large sum. So I instead I paid $300 to get my car towed all the way to Natrad Joondalup, who quoted much less for a replacement radiator and was much closer to home for me, but only for the honest professionals at Natrad to tell me that my radiator was fine and the problem was elsewhere. Afterwards I took my car to RAC Joondalup and at least those mechanics knew what they were doing and sorted out my problem (it was a faulty thermostat).Avoid this place at all costs, it clearly has incompetent so-called mechanics who will just try to sell you the most expensive repair your car does not need. Because of them I wasted $300 to unnecessarily tow my car from one place to another when it could have been done properly and quickly the first time.
Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. The courtesy bus that leaves at 8.15am will take you home and pick you up again in the afternoon. Discounted rates for RAC members.
Poor Communication, Quick with all the excuses , Over priced and Service I would not recommend. Very disappointing experience.
