If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusted in the way my 6 year old was treated. He has a tooth removed today, despite crying and saying he was in pain after having the numbing needle, the dentist told him 'it can't be hurting because she numbed it'and 'if he didn't stop crying, she wouldn't fix his tooth and he would just stay in pain.' My child was visibly distressed, she was making fun of it. She then went on to rip the tooth out, knowing full well he could feel it and the numbing had not worked! My child was left crying in a ball, unable to move as he was in so much pain and shock. She then made remarks about him beeding to toughen up and 'it was just a little pinch' she then asked me if he was always so sooky. If my son hadn't needed my comfort and calmness, Id have adressed this issue then and there. But my son was in so much agony I chose to leave and seek pain relief for him. To treat a 6 year old in this manner is disgusting and I will never use, nor recommend this practice. My son in now traumatised.
I had an appointment at 11.00am yesterday at DB Dental in Mandurah and was warmly greeted by Nikki at the front reception counter. I was then introduced to my dentist (who I had never met before) and his name was Conor McKiernan who was equally as nice. Throughout the consultation and actual procedure, Conor was quite simply brilliant. He took his time explaining in detail what was required and what to expect and made me feel completely at ease. If anyone is feeling nervous or a little unsure of going to a dentist, do yourself a favour and ask for Conor at DB Dental in Mandurah...I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough and if i could award him 10 stars rather than 5 I would do so in a heartbeat.Thank you for a great job Conor - i'm a very happy customer :-) Duncan
Had awfull experience, definately won't be going back there, brought back my fear of dentists, which I had long forgotten.
The receptionist today 21/12/17 0500pm who intercepted my call to Mandurah from Perth was absolutely superb. My previous encounters with D and B Dental have also been excellent. I highly recommend them as no-nonsense people with very reasonable charges. Doug Whitfield Mandurah.
Shervin Sadeghi is the best dentist I have ever had. I am a nervous patient and have had bad experiences with dentists before. I was dreading an extraction, especially with a new dentist. Tooth can out painlessly. That was 4 months ago. Since then 4 more painless extractions and a couple of fillings and a denture, and I still regard this dentist as the best ever I have had in over 40 years.If all dentists were like him, no one would be scared of dentists.
