Do not waste your time here. The store did not have stock i asked for salesperson assured me an alternate product would work and said it could be returned if it did not. Well guess what the product did not work and they would not give me store credit or refund. Staff were not interested and made no attempt what so ever to show any customer service on return of faulty product. Good luck if you choose to buy equipment from here.

Went in for a vacuum cleaner, left sorely sorry to have stopped by. The staff member, while polite, just could not inform us about the different appliances. They were out of 2 models on display and I may have known more than he did on vacuum cleaners in general.
JB HiFi is a great place for getting anything tech related I have been there several times and they have been great. They have Friendly Staff who are always able to help. Just if you are looking to get appliances you will have to go to JB HiFi home on lakes road
The staff that I normally speak to on Thursdays are great, but I stood in line waiting and they didn't call for an extra cashier until about 5 minutes after I waited there. I was on my lunch break and left EB because the customers ahead of me were doing trade-ins and orders that required an extensive amount of time and they only had 2 people available. There were 5 people behind the counter here before one finally let me make a purchase. I came in, grabbed exactly what I needed and my checkout took less then a minute. Disappointed in the lack of service by the other worker that just stared at me while she waited for the manager to finish what he was doing with the cashier.
Good layout, plenty of staff to assist. Actually there was a staff member tonight who was holding his own with an argumentative customer. Customer wanted something ridiculous to do with a warranty, staff stood his ground firmly without being abusive or aggressive and explained that it wouldnt happen. Good to see; customer isn't always right. Two thumbs up random staff dude.
