Had locks changed, and doors and security doors keyed alike. Adam was the technician and was good at what he did. I requested Adam to change the combinations on the garage door on my remotes which he was more than happy to do, however he missed the fixed garage door opener on the wall in the garage. I rang the shop and asked if Adam was able to pop by when he was in the area, I was told that he would, 2 weeks later I visited the shop and reminded them once again, and was again told that he would swing by, its now been 4 weeks and still waiting, might just give this business a miss.
Rang for a quote to replace standard door knob to a key lock and very bluntly got told to do it myself and was hung up on!!! Business must be good if you turn away from $140...even though Gillian didn't even bother to to hear that I had several other sliding doors and front doors that need replacing as well before she hung up on me. Will be going elsewhere.
