We were looking for a redevelopment opportunity in the Mandurah area and had been recommended to Clare Seamer of Harcourts. Ultimately Clare forwarded our enquiry to an alternate business from whom we purchased, as she did not have what we were looking for at the time. We were extremely impressed with Clare's willingness to meet our needs rather than her own. We would not hesitate to recommend Clare to others as one of the few agents that we have encountered who is genuinely interested in a great outcome for the purchaser.
Dishonest and Manipulative
Our rental property manager was unhelpful, we report something and they never fix it, we had to fix it ourselves. After we moved out, we cleaned the house perfectly, the house was better than when we came to it but they were holding our bond refund even after, the property manager would call us on the phone and say that the owner said don't worry about the cleaning and give us different arrangement then few days or week later, then she email us with cleaning bill. Pure fraud from the property manager and the company. Our final water bill was below $46 then two week later, they charged us with above $70. It's like battling with thieves not property agency. Better homeless than renting from this company..
No communication, No follow up.
