For a brand new complex launched in a slump market, charging tenants premium rent for patronage that isn't there, its a huge disappointment. Don't get me wrong, there are some good shops in the forum, however Centre Management DESPERATELY need to do some wicked marketing and offer activities to bring in people! Be creative, interact with the community and help these poor small business who are drowning in massive overheads!! Help keep workers employed! Its a two way street!!
The forum is a great place to shop and for food all the restaurants are great you should definitely go there it is wonderful. All though it does get a bit busy but this should not throw you off. It is a great place it all so has a play ground for the kids. It is great for the family
Has alot of shops now after the expansion, convenient when buying gifts and the such if you need to see it in person before buying. It's a long walk around the shops though and it gets very busy. I do wish there were more hobby stores in here rather than the usual line of clothes stores too.
This place is massive now since expansion !Love the parking alternatives from shaded rooftop to lower level parking. The food hall has a child friendly play area for different ages. My favorite stores are still there, but many more new stores as well.
First look at the new shopping centre. Quite impressive. Spacious and well set out. Felt a bit different (in a good way) from the standard centres in Perth. A little more originality.
