Its a nice looking place with good facilities and rooms. Unfortunately the massage was not good at all. Judging by the reviews I read here it looks like I got unlucky with an inexperienced therapist.Its a shame when a massage business employs inexperienced (or just very average) therapists to make up the numbers. Or perhaps the receptionist was filling in and doing my massage...? (more on this later).Im a trained massage therapist myself, so perhaps I have higher standards than some of the other reviewers.I asked for a deep tissue massage, and although the therapist asked me if Id like hard pressure (I said yes), the entire massage was soft, and certainly not deep tissue. Mostly it felt like I was being stroked for an hour. There were very few discernible massage techniques used.I wasnt even turned over onto my back for the second half, or at least the final 15 minutes of the 1 hour massage. This meant my face was uncomfortable towards the end and I ended the massage with a headache! An hour of face down is a complete No No in all styles of massage! Not relaxing!To top things off, halfway through my massage the front door intercom buzzed and another massage therapist told a customer they couldnt come to the door as they were busy, and then discussed times they were free.The buzzer went again and my therapist left the room towards the end of my massage to let a customer into the building.I could tell she was quite rushed and was covering reception also, and had another massage to do at 12:30pm. She commented they were v busy and no time for lunch.Based on my experience it felt more like a receptionist was filling in for a massage therapist. Really not good at all. One of the best massages I've ever had. Reasonably priced too. Amazing staff and facilities. I would highly highly recommend going here for a relaxing massage.
Of all the massage spas I've tried, this is what I love the most. The oil they use is one of a kind. It makes me and my mom feel relaxed afterwards. Plus, the price is so right! Keep it up Zen Body Massage! Will definitely come back soon together with my mama! :)
Great spontaneous massage! We walked in off the street and they fitted us in right away which was amazing! My partner and I both had the one-hour relaxation massage. they have private room, nice and quiet. And My therapist started massage with hot stone, she told me because her hands are cold, so she will do that for free. What a lovely person! It was lovely and good value for money. Great experience and great customer service!
The best massage service in the area. Must try! remedial massage. I woke up feeling a lot of pain and after I had the massage I feel light as a feather! Perfect massage shop and very nice staff! Well organized and very relaxing place. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended!
